Dr. Saad Saad Highlights Education and Drive in Recent Interview

Dr. Saad Saad is a fully USA Board Certified Pediatric Surgeon, who has saved countless lives and helps make the lives of children better. He took some time to sit down to talk about his lustrous career and upbringing. One thing he revealed was that the path he took, which was later defined in life, started with his desire to work in an air conditioned location. When he was a child, he saw his engineer brothers working out in the field under the hot sun. Heat was something he simply does not like.

This desire to find a job that kept him out of the heat made him seek a profession in the medical field, especially in surgery. As a child, he thought his current profession ensured he would be indoors and comfortable. Of course, this is not the only reason he went to the prestigious Cairo University located in the heart of Egypt, where he graduated with some of the highest marks in his classroom when he received his medical degree 47 years ago.

Dr. Saad revealed that another reason he was so adamant about education was because of his parents and family. He is one of eight children, all of which graduated with a respectable degree. Two brothers are engineers and two became doctors. He is part of the three siblings who became surgeons. One decided to continue the family’s love for education by becoming a teacher. Saad went to England to complete his internship, and it was an exciting two years. It was there where he really got the itch to take his travels further and travel all the way to the United States. He fell in love with the country and decided to make it his home just as many others have. The culture in the US was eclectic, interesting, and exciting to him. Still, he kept his roots intact and his love for education quite healthy. The famed surgeon mentioned his own children’s success in education. Two of his kids are now surgeons and another is a nurse. Another kid is a lawyer. These professions would make any father proud.

He said that he was extremely thankful for the opportunity to learn because it gave him the chance to teach his own children and help children who truly need help in impoverish countries like Jerusalem. He visits this regions through Medical Missions to provide care for free. Dr. Saad hopes more people pay attention to how important education is to a functioning society and hopes his interview highlights that.

Rocketship Education Is Soaring Taking Education Into The Future With Higher Learning Opportunities

Rocketship Education is making some serious moves in the educational world these days. Each and every year that passes, Rocketship continues to spread even faster, opening more schools around the country. Their primary goal is to offer higher-quality education to students around the country without the high-cost of the usual private schools that offer an excellent education. No matter where a student is from or their families financial background, they can be accepted at Rocketship Education schools. This is because of Rocketship Education Founders, Preston Smith and John Danner, both of which dislike the idea of limited access to quality education because of lack of funds.

Families with the money to send their students to good schools are not the only ones that are going to be running the future. All students will be apart of the future that is running not only the country but the entire world. Ensuring students receive a good education and have a foundation for success and leadership is essential for the future of education and people as a whole. This is why Rocketship Education schools go the extra mile when it comes to teaching students, employing the latest methods for teaching alongside the standard curriculum. This means better technologies and individualized learning for students to improve in all aspects without ever falling behind.

Since Rocketship Education first started up in 2006, they have continued opening schools to new regions around the United States. These charter schools served more than 25,000 students in the year 2017, and this number is only going to go up in the near future. Thanks to donations from individuals like Andre Agassi, which owns a Charter School funding program, Rocketship Education’s budget has never been better As of today, Rocketship Education has plans for at least six more charter schools to be opened, going to locations such as Memphis, Washington, New Orleans and more. The impact that Rocketship has on the educational community and families around the country is tremendous and has not been overlooked by the industry. It will be no surprise to see a Rocketship Education charter school in every part of the country within the next decade.

Democratic Senator Scores Endorsement From Campaign Finance Reform Group End Citizens United

Running a successful politician campaign can be a very expensive endeavor for a politician who is either seeking to win their very first election or who is seeking to be re-elected. There are many components to a successful political campaign such as having a well organized corps of volunteers who are being strategically deployed to knock on doors on behalf of a candidate or make phone calls to potential supporters to help the candidate achieve their goal of winning their election. A strong campaign must also be buffered by the insight and skill of a competent campaign strategist who is able to bring together all of the disparate elements of the campaign operation in such a way that a candidate is able to resonate with voters and receive enough votes to either be competitive in a primary or a final election.

It should go without saying that paying a top notch campaign manager and a team that will be capable of executing their vision costs a lot of money. A campaign must be able to raise enough funds to pay full-time staff and to be able to cover the costs of running campaign ads on local television, radio, social media and in newspapers and magazines. That said given the exorbitant costs that are associated with running political campaigns it makes sense for a candidate to want to have the ability to seek out as much money as they possibly can. However the unfortunate thing about this line of thinking is that much of the money that is injected into the process of political fundraising can come with strings attached to it. Because of lax campaign finance reform laws that were weakened by the infamous Supreme Court case Citizens United vs. Federal Election Commission players such as labor unions and large corporations have now been able to spend an unrestricted amount of money in political races. Because of the Citizens United case these entities have been able to throw around their influence in a way that the average constituent cannot by enticing candidates who are running expensive campaigns.

That said candidates who choose to opt out of the cycle of accepting money from Super PACs are taking a risk. Recently Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of New York announced that she would no longer be taking campaign funds from corporate political action committees. By refusing to take campaign dollars from the coffers of corporate political action committees Senator Kirsten Gillibrand was able to receive the endorsement of End Citizens United, a group that seeks to reverse the impact of the Citizens United case. End Citizens United has been seeking to promote integrity in the political fundraising process. End Citizens United lauded Kirsten Gillibrand for her decision.
